Shipping policy

Jewels  by Jeannie utilizes USPS for all shipping needs.  Since all products are handmade please allow 1-5 business days for processing.  Products that are already in stock will ship sooner. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

When your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the USPS tracking number.

Please be certain that the address information provided at checkout is accurate and correct.  If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to you.
